    IN-STOCK ITEMS

    • Unless an item is listed as SOLD OUT, it is in stock and ready to ship.  All in-stock items are shipped within 1 business day (usually same day). 

    • You will receive tracking information via email once item has shipped. If for any reason your item can not ship within 1 business day, we will notify you within 24 hours.   

    SOLD OUT ITEMS

    • If an item is currently showing as SOLD OUT, use the "Notify Me" button to receive an email the moment more are in stock. 

    • For items in high-demand, you can contact us about placing an order for shipping directly from the factory.   

    FREE SHIPPING

    • All items ship for FREE via UPS Ground (3-5 business days) with no minimum purchase required.
       
    • During the peak holiday season these times can be longer due to the volume of packages handled by UPS and USPS.

    • The Speedy Cheetah ships very quickly, but there are many things beyond the Cheetah's control once your item has shipped. If your item is time sensitive and standard shipping seems a little risky, we STRONGLY recommend upgrading to a faster shipping speed.

      • Orders placed after 1PM PST may take an additional business day. 

      • The price is determined by the weight of your order and will be available to you during checkout. 
      • Example: Order placed Monday before 1PM PST will arrive Wednesday. 

      UPS OVERNIGHT SHIPPING GUARANTEED

      • UPS Next Day Air Saver is a premium shipping service guaranteed to arrive overnight.
